DELIVERY TIME - Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery, although orders will likely arrive sooner. For orders outside Europe, delivery time may vary depending on your delivery area. Orders are processed in the order received. Express delivery is not currently available, but we hope to offer express delivery in the future. We will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.
CHECKS OR MONEY ORDER S Please make checks or money orders payable to EXILIA Store SNC. If you choose to pay for your order with a check, you must allow 3 weeks for the check to clear before your order is processed. Your order will still be shipped within the regular delivery time of up to 4 weeks. We accept checks in euro from EU bank only.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - Merchandise may be exchanged for other sizes or items as long as they have not been worn, washed or damaged. The EXILIA Store is not responsible for postage charges incurred by members exchanging merchandise. Returns will be issued a credit for the amount of the original purchase price of the item that is returned if it is not exchanged for other merchandise. Please check the EXILIA Store for all available sizes and items.
To exchange/return items you MUST return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving it.
ORDER CANCELLATION - Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel orders. All orders are immediately processed for shipping once we receive them. The EXILIA Store reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.
